I reject bloomberg's article completely. Common sense tells us all, BCBS of america, less overhead than BCBS of every state. As to the 5 states who opened, I suspect a bit of industry collusion. aka, we wont go in your neighborhood, you stay out of ours. Can they do that with an entire open market? Rhode island, wyoming, maine aren't markets worth pursuing versus cost. Georgia is the curious one.
