plead guilty 6 months ago to a violent robbery where a victim was brutally beaten on (wait for it) the MetroLink. Irony, huh?
1) How in the hell did he plea guilty to a felony robbery and was yet still allowed to be wandering around in public? Perhaps it was liberal sentencing guidelines to keep the jail population low and these valuable members of society in their communities to remain engaged productive citizens.
2) Why in the hell wasn't he given a trespass warning to stay the fvck off the MetroLink based on his past actions?
Anyway, the guy who shot him was captured. He might get to serve 2 years before being released into supervised probation so he can shoot someone else.
But for the time being, 2 problems are gone.
