NO ONE BENEFITS from our outlandish and preposterous spending on defense. You either drink way too much kool aid or you are not that bright.
We have OFFENSE that extends and enforces to some point our influence over some markets. That is about it. Our nation has not been remotely threatened militarily but one time since the Revolutionary War and THAT (Hitler) would have been a stretch.
We are taken to the cleaners by our military industrial complex. Period. End of story.
And FYI mr moron, very many of our grocers would fail without Welfare and Walmart would as well - considering the enormous amount of Wally workers rely on Welfare to survive. But I guess you love those low prices huh? My shadow has not darkened a Walmart doorway in 25 years.
