society. Damaged children most often become damaged adults. Simply look at the percentage of child molesters who were themselves molested as children. There is a huge social cost to these behaviors.
You deny the collective aspects of society but like most of your opinions you are simply short sighted and misinformed.
Individual rights are never absolute. You claim the right to mastrubate in a public park. I also have the right to protect my children from deviant behavior. Those rights cannot coexist and society has decided that my right to protect my child trumps your right to pleasure yourself in public. The collective society makes those determinations, not the individual. Chaos would ensue if every individual were allowed to make those determinations.
