nicer, more gentrified areas, but let me tell you... in just a few city blocks you can go from nice neighborhood to straight-up ghetto in that city (and many parts of NJ)... fortunately, the police do a really good job of keeping the riff-raff out of the expensive gentrified areas like where I lived.
