I'm too cheap not to. Everyone should, just to see the insanity that comes from thousands of pages of tax code. I'd say that a good 95% of the hideous complexity is not necessary. But the drones involved need to DO something to show they're needed. And I love how the more you declare the more you are penalized for making it, since deductions, exemptions, etc increasingly disappear.

What a brilliant system. How have we lasted this long?
