for a while it looked like it was going to be Shields. He was offered a spot on the staff but he ended up getting a better situation for him personally elsewhere.

It's always good for coaches to hire some guys with a different perspective. I think with Rorvig, he can bring some of the positives from the KA regime and those can be blended with CM's philosophies.
