I'm sure Obama would be the first to disagree with that.

However he was smart enough to get elected - twice - playing by the rules white America has told blacks and other minorities they need to play by.

What he and a lot of other people didn't anticipate is the anger it would provoke among a lot of white people.

The takeaway for minorities?

No matter how well you do, no matter how honestly you achieve your success, no matter how good your kids are, there are a lot of Americans who will never see you as anything but a 'chink,' a 'spik,' or a 'n***er.' And god forbid if you have the audacity to grab the brass ring.

Imagine if Obama had 5 kids by 3 different wives and had bragged about being able to grab women by their private parts. Do you think hokie, Sal & Co. would be willing to overlook it?

I think you know the answer...

It's sad but true. I just wish some of the posters on this board had the guts to own up to it. They don't need to really - they advertise it every day...
