persons who lost his suit with the government over land next to the golf course area that is now likely to see 15 of it's 18 holes and accompanying homes shut off by the wall. He was paid $23K for the two acre lot he had purchased for $65000 six months earlier. Based on preliminary estimates the people with homes on the golf course property will be paid even less for the easement area for the wall and wait for it........their homes will be south of the wall and they will have to drive to a gated area approximately one mile from their home to enter/exit.
