This judge you are so concerned with was appointed to the appellate court ten years ago with 100% of the senate vote.

Compare Gorsuch to Obama's appointees. Gorsuch is a solid judge who leans to the right, as opposed to Sotomayor and Kagen who are both ultra liberal. The GOP had numbers to filibusterer both but realized there were no grounds, outside of politics, to hold up the nominations and allowed them to be voted in.

The dems are acting like petulant children here. Remember the famous words of our last president 'elections have consequences' the dems lost and the GOP is in charge of appointments now. Get over it already.
