They pretend like it is impossible to oversight the sport. The reality is they don't put resources towards it, they don't have a logical and defendable punishment approach, and in most cases they don't really even have a desire to oversight the sport.

Almost everything the NCAA portrays to stand for, they actually in practice do the exact opposite.
