Paul is not in tight with the Freedom Caucus.

The plan, it seems to me, is to get a quick REPEAL vote cast that would conveniently end the ACA in three years and promises and promises to replace AFTER the next election.

But I don't think you will EVER get the Freedom Caucus on board for a replace bill.
