The pedestrian bridges have just made a more convenient place for them to beg, perform, and sleep. Saw one curled up with a blanket just snoozing away.

Saw another spot whereba cleaning crew with a cart was scrubbing away some type of biological "incident". Someone either vomited, p!ssed, or shat and the crew was using all their due dilligence to decontaminate the scene.

A perfect pickletopia where people are free to crap whenever and wherever they want.
