The clear implication of your post is the Democrats will do very well in the 2018 elections. That's the standard analysis given your assumption of no movement on healthcare, immigration and tax reform.

Before betting the farm on your analysis, you should consider the possibilities that the House may be sufficiently gerrymandered that it's not possible for the Dems to win it and an astute GOP might successfullyh blame the failure to accomplish things on an Dem obstructionism.

Further, November 2018 is nineteen months away and much can happen in the world that could put healthcare, immigration and tax reform on the back burner, i.e. nuclear war in Northeast Asia and radical Muslim domestic terrorist attacks.
