Kanter is an upgrade over Woods
MPJ is huge upgrade over anyone he replaces
Mark Smith and CJ Roberts will provide better depth at the guard position than Hughes who really struggled.
The rest of the team will improve as well.

With those four things happening, I see the team improving A LOT.
