If you OPEN THE LINK you will see definitive facts about what we KNOW TO BE TRUE. There are separate sections including what the dossier SUGGESTS (aka NOT FACT). It aligns pretty well, but even if you ignore the sections about the dossier, there are still FACTS THAT SHOULD BE CONSIDERED.
And the sum of those *facts* amount to the need for an independent investigation to anyone objective enough to acknowledge the fact that Russia's attempts to influence the presidential election is bad.
