sues organizations all the time. And often, rather than spend the time and money and possibly lose to the Socialists, decent organizations capitulate. Surrender. Without a fight.
Why not have Jay Sekolow's group (ACLJ) do this to sanctuary cities? Make them spend their resources fighting in court. There must be some wrongful death cases out there in addition to the Kate Steinle a case in San Francisco.
