Anderson didn't offer Porter Sr. In fact, he specifically declined to offer Porter Sr. a job for over a year when it was obvious that doing so would the smartest and easiest thing he could have done. It was Sunvold and Rhoades putting together a last ditch effort to hire Porter Sr once Romar offered him for the second year in a row.
