Investing in coal:
a) worse for the environment
b) dirtier
c) wont bring back mining jobs
Investing in nuclear is better in every way except perhaps public opinion and where to store nuclear waste? Higher paying jobs, cleaner energy should trump the coal industry.
Modernizing policy for the recycling of nuclear fuels would help incentivize building new plants as well as reduce waste.
