Force republicans to override the 60 vote rule.

Elections matter. Obama had selected an outstanding jurist. Not even a hearing.
republicans would not approve Obama's federal judge appointments and therefore Reid overrode the 60 vote threshold to fill the vacancies, yes many appeals judge, and federal judge appointments were left vacant.

They did away with all bipartisanship and I wouldn't reward that.
