Pro success can be individual or team, and dependent on so many different factors that I find it hard to call a kid a success or not. Injuries, line-ups, coaches, etc.

But I also dislike the pro game - it isn't basketball to me. They don't call traveling, they cater calls to stars and offense only has24 seconds to get a shot. It isn't fun to watch.
