And it is such a small percentage of that population who are responsible for the majority of violent criminal behavior.
If 13% of the poulation is black, thag means about 7% of the population is black males. Are 7% of tbe US population responsible for criminal behavior? Hell no. A small percentage of the 7% figure is responsible for over 50% of all homicides in tbe entire US.
Do the math...less than 1% of the entire US population commits over 50% of the entire murders in this country and is responsible for a disproportionate number of crimes against persons or property.
That should get your attention, but instead you make excuses of racism and put the blame on people pointing out facts.
