Jontay reclassifying or not

"He told the KC Star last night that he's leaning toward not reclassifying. If not, I imagine he'll re-enroll at Tolton Catholic HS for his senior year. He doesn't have to make that decision anytime soon, but if he wants to play on the AAU circuit this summer, he'll have to decide before those games start. If he reclassifies and enrolls at MU, I imagine he would do that as soon as possible so he could go through summer workouts with the team."

What is this in reference to? I haven't seen anything where he was suggesting he wasn't going to.
