during the election. i'm not sure why they entrusted him to get this done. moved too quickly imo. should have had a lot more debate about it. well, frankly they pubs had years to come up with something better. the reality is it should have already been done. but since it wasn't then they should have spent more time on it. and Trump should have made it clear this was Ryan's thing. not a big deal other than to people to like Rask. start over and use Rand's plan as a blue print from which to begin.
