Jontay vs. a Grad transfer big

I want Jontay, but I am leaning towards it being better for him to wait another year and we take a legit grad transfer big man to man the middle for a year.

To me, this makes sense in the short AND the long term when you think about it. So long as the grad transfer is for sure better than freshman Jontay could be
