paul ryan cannot get through the house of reprehensibles.
The weaklings in the republican party have said for six year they would repeal socialist care if they first got the house...they control the pursestrings and would cut funding.
Then they needed the senate.
Then they needed the white house to sign the bills they pretended to want all those many times.
And now that the R leadership has been given everything they wanted, that every excuse is no longer valid, they can't get it through their own caucus.
