Porters made it official and he could be part of a dream team at Mizzou, playing for a head coach from his home town of East STL.
Due to his LOI with Illinois, we cannot *officially* contact him (until he's released, if that happens), but nothing is stopping fans from letting him know via Twitter. He meets with Underwood tomorrow. I realize Walker was retained at UI but I think Tilmon can still be flipped with the Porters and Cuonzo's East STL appeal.
