really mean what you were quoting? What is the purpose of using quotation marks...to get pretty close to what someone said?
Did you say you were paraphrasing? Many of us can't read minds.
Typos are generally when the typist hits a wrong letttter or or leaves extraspaces in the text.
It is rarely an idiotic misuse of a word that makes the writer look like a dope.
