I doubt he lived then and I know he doesn't care to know anything beyond calling people racist.

doesn't understand policies of the 60's and 70's gutted black communities, destroyed family structures by incentivizing people to have kids, not make "too much to get the welfare", etc.

Just wants to yammer on about people he knows nothing about being racist so he can feel good about himself.
