This guy will get confirmed.

All this does is restore the court to where it was before last year.

If the socialists were smart as well as cunning, they would support this nominee. Overwhelmingly. They would talk about how great he is. How wonderful it is to have a non-political appointee to the court.

That way, when they brought out the big guns to attack the next reasonable Supreme Court Justice nominee, they would look reasonable. And they would force the Republicans into an obviously political move for the sake of their nominee. The socialists would look dignified. For them.

Looks like they are just continuing the tantrum they have been throwing since November.

Schumer is an idiot. I am happy about it but somewhat surprised.
