I find him hard to listen to

not that he's not knowledgeable, but he attempts to inject racism into every single discussion. To me, those guys actually hurt their causes, like the kid who cried wolf. I'm not saying it doesn't exist - all you have to do is read TB for any period of time to know that it does. Just saying that constantly harping on it as a reason why a kid didn't make it - when maybe that kid was a pot-smoking dog of a player - minimizes your impact.
