His kids haven't gone 4/4 as top prospects out of a coincidence of genetics.

They grew up being home schooled, and it's quite likely that meant a lot of skill work with Dad.

Pretty safe to assume he's good at individual player development if nothing else. Anyone watching a kid as big as Jontay dribble like a guard up the floor should be able to see that.
