Hey feinberg, it's YOUR JOB to stand up for the little guy, and every guy. What the socialists don't get, is that it is the job of the SCOTUS to apply the law. If the law is flawed, it is not SCOTUS' job to correct it on the fly. If applying the law screws the little guy, change the frickin law.
And feinbaum, what if the little guy is wrong? Should the SCOTUS or even the idiot congress, work to screw the big guy in favor of the little guy?
Socialists are so used to activist judges legislating from the bench, the question is no longer if the judges will interpret and enforce the constitution, it is "which side of the argument will you advocate for? Which side will your new laws favor?"
And if the potential justice is neutral, that to the socialists is the same as being against the "little guy," and against them. They don't want neutral or impartial. They want lesbian gorillas like obama nominaged. Wise latinas who have a perspective on the effects to the laws that they....create.
