of the lack of head coaching experience. Remember he is getting 3 million per year after only 4 years of head coaching experience. I just wonder if Illinois is not taking a very big risk.
I also wonder if this is the new floor for hiring coaches in the P5 leagues. I wonder how much Indiana is going to have to pony up for a new coach. Also, Cal and OSU are probably going to have to pony up at least 2.5 million to get a good experienced coach.
Will Wade has likewise been hired with only 4 years of head coaching eperience. I wonder what LSU is going to pay him.
