Cuonzo said all the right things in an effort to convince the "low information" Kim supporters who never attended or watched us lose 25 games in year three, but were in love with some type of legacy, to buy into the fact that Cuonzo is also a "True Son", from Missouri, etc. It was basicaly nonsense.
I would have gone with a different slant at the press conference but our people aren't really very smart about that sort of things. But yes, it is an exciting time to be a Mizzou basketball fan. We should all be optimistic that we will move forward from the disaster that has been the last three seasons.
