I loathe Trump, but all Comey confirmed is that the investigation regarding any possible connections between the Trump campaign and the Russians is ongoing.

That doesn't translate to an assertion of a connection, nor does it translate to an exoneration.

The fact that time, money and resources continue to be expended on the investigation says there's at least smoke. Whether there's fire is to be determined.

Only time will tell.
