seemed like someone within the program being optimistic and hopeful about it but knowing nothing.
I think UI could very well retain Walker, and I also think that could have very little bearing on whether Tilmon stays there or not. I believe Tilmon, being from East STL, will want to talk to the East STL legend Cuonzo Martin especially if we get the Porters.
