Gives Martin the best chance to secure Tilmon and Smith, we lost valuable time to keep the ball rolling by delaying the press conference. DUMB! Martin should have been at the Missouri High school basketball state final 4 games trying to secure Gordon, Travis Ford was there. The delay of the press conference was dumb, cost us valuable time and recruiting momentum and it's Illinois' gain. Same will happen if the Porters delay their announcement, if they know, it's best for them and recruiting they announce ASAP.
