Vashon vs Bolivar. Vashon's defense took bolivar out of the game. Mario McKinney got 2 points, his only two of the tournament. He is silky smooth but doesn't appear to look for his shot. Doesn't start for Vashon. Still didn't show me why we have extended and offer. Until the last minute when Bolivar inserted their subs, only two players had scored.
Webster Groves vs. Lees Summit. Webster doubled the score.
Gordon and Ramey had great games both over 20 points. Gordon was dominant on the boards and altering shots. Coach Martin needs to go to work on both as they would be great additions. Bishop from Lees summit is a 6'7" with some promise. He needs the weight room but is athletic. His dad told me he has not committed.
Columbia Rock Bridge (Girls). MU recruit Ellie Brown was on today. Hit her first 5 three's, ran the point well and was strong on defense. It was a shame that so few Rock Bridge fans showed up in their home town. Most of the traveling teams were better represented.
As always it was a fun day.
