One I don't buy what the "non political" CBO says. The CBO is incredibly political.

But beyond that, yeah, I'm not in favor of changing anything unless we know it is for the better.

I'm actually not totally on board with repeal and replace. I'd like to go back to the old system, which wasn't great, but wasn't financially ruinous like Obamacare.
