Somewhere around 5%. This should cover everything we need and more. Cut SS, Medicare, Medicaid, military, all healthcare, depts of Ed, labor, commerce, energy, va, epa, foreign aid, nato, close all overseas bases and bring troops home to protect us instead of foreigners.
