for it's own benefit...with only a bit of humanitarian exceptions.
Immigrants are not entitled to residence, let alone citizenship and welfare.
I see no reason to allow 1,000 (for example) muzz into the country knowing that 200 will rape, 100 will murder, 300 will commit other crimes, 800 will be on welfare, but.....three will make positive contributions to society.
