None at Cal and UT. Although Kevin Punter was out of Missouri, but he signed right after Martin left for Cal. Not sure if he started that recruitment or not. Martin mainly focuses on the state the school is in. Well, at UT he mainly focused on top talent from in the state. All of his 4 and 5 star players at Tennessee are in state players. At Cal he got a 5 star from Georgia and a 4 star from Chicago. He gets his 3 stars from all over the place, but he seems to have something going in Georgia particularly. At Missouri State he got multiple players from The Greater St. Louis Area. I would say he focuses on the players from his state and he does pretty well in the state he's in.
