To buy out, make some changes and rake in the dough off guvmint projects. Too bad obozo isn't in office to fast track more green spending. He wasted too many $$$ on worthless wind and slow played the solar, both without spending on energy storage which is the only way to make them both somewhat useful but still very expensive
