show up to the trial as a spectator. His M.O. was exploding corpses into shards. He was confirmed in that area during her disappearance and speculation is that he planted the shards in his burn-barrel. Burning a body wouldn't create shards like what they found. Zero evidence anywhere else in the grounds.

Avery was set up. Sadly, the guy that more than likely did it is dead.
