You go in your backyard and notice a small but growing fire. Do you think to yourself- "well thats just natural, it will go away. You know that reminds me I've been meaning to save some money so let me get on the phone and have my water shut off. And you know the back yard is the perfect place to store those cans of gasoline I've had lying around."Then you shut off your water and put the gasoline next to the fire.
