They have not stated as such, but their actions are telling.
If they were going to pass a blanket repeal, it would have been brought up already, so that's not happening. Paul Ryan's pleading to get this passed is indicative that he knows that it will be hard to get anything else voted on because the hard right only wants a repeal and the middle right Republican wing does not.
Boehner has said that not once during his 15 year tenure did he see Republicans agree on health care. While he's not there, quite a few Republicans that he worked with are, and they don't agree on what health care should be.
