lets say you had a 12 yr old with an allowance of
200 dollars..per week. That allowance was more than 10 of his friends put together, but he was always asking for more money. You asked him what he spent it on, but he could never give you an answer much less produce any receipts. Would you then give him a 10% raise in allowance?
