just wish his teams could've improved a bit over the past three years. Kim did not even come close to meeting expectations. Not close. He knows that. Year one and two can be forgiven. But to have your worst year (and one of the worst in the program's history) in year three would be a termination year at almost any school.

he knew what was coming before the season started if he didn't experience success this season. He knew everything was on the line.
