been speculated that the meeting between them resulted in the 2nd one then being filed - Bill convinced her to take another bite at the apple.
Due to the time frame of their meeting, it's looking more like that was the primary objective of Bill waiting for her, for who knows how long, to land & see her, instead of the previously assumed reason pressuring her over the emails.
That said, it was still an effort to hurt Trump &, thereby, an attempt to protect Hilary from what was becoming a much closer Election than they ever expected at that point.
